Prices, Reservations and Payments
You can reserve a trip any time before the tour starts. A €150/USD150 deposit per person is required to reserve a trip. The outstanding fee is due 7 days prior to departure at the latest (in exceptional cases and by mutual agreement, payment of the balance may be made upon your arrival). Payments should be made via bank transfer as stated in the invoice or via PayPal.
All clients are required to advise ETOURS TRAVEL about all important information such as phone number, address in destination and other facts, which may have an effect on enjoyment or may result in to the cancellation or interruption of their trip or purchased services at the time of booking.
Your guide will call you 2 weeks prior to the arrival to introduce him/herself and to find out little about you and your expectations. Also, he/she will tell me some key details related to the tour.
Visa
U.S./ Canada/ EU/ Australia/ New Zealand passport holders are usually not required to have a visa for most of the destinations offered in ourcatalogue. However, please check out the detailed visa requirements directly with your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For other citizens visa or other travel documents may be required and a minimum of 6 months validity of your passport beyond the trip dates is required. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary documents before making the reservation and we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your traveling companions or group members resulting from the situations where visa or other required documents will not be granted.
Discounts
We want to thank you for traveling with us and therefore, after one tour, you may enjoy a 5% discount on all subsequent tours. Furthermore, we provide an advantage price for groups: 3 and more participants get a 10% discount. Both the fidelity and the group discount may be provided concurrently. All tour prices are listed in USD and are subject to change for tours in foreign countries based on fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations and claims must be submitted in writing. Cancellations are only effective from the day they are actually received by us. All original supplemental documents such as hospital documents, which may be required if refund is requested, must be submitted together with your statement – written explanation of all the details and facts related to your case. If you cancel your tour, cancellation fees and penalties will be deducted from your refund. All purchased services are 100% nonrefundable after departure. Some services such as special event tickets are nonrefundable immediately after the purchase.
Cancellation fees:
- 60-46 days prior to original departure – €150/USD per person
- 45-31 days prior to original departure – 25% of the package price
- 30–15 days prior to original departure – 50% of the package price
- 14-7 days prior to original departure – 75% of the package price
- 6 days or less prior to original departure – no refund.
In case of confirmed bookings, cancellations will only occur if the participant fails to make payments, if we have to cancel the tour due to circumstances beyond our control or if there is an insufficient number of people for a particular tour. Should cancellation occur due to low participation, you will be notified at least 60 days prior to departure. After this time, NO cancellations for the reason of low participation will occur and the tour will take place. Should the tour be cancelled by ETOURS TRAVEL, all money will be refunded in full. ETOURS TRAVEL cannot assume responsibility for any additional expenses such as non-refundable flight tickets, extra hotel nights, additional transportation, personal items, etc. It is advisable to arrange a travel insurance which would cover the cancellation of your trip.
Liability and Limitations:
We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of employment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your traveling companions or group members resulting from the acts, omissions or negligence of anyone other than us or our employees acting properly on our behalf or resulting events from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, terrorist attacks, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities. Supplier’s liability may also be limited by law, tariffs or conditions on tickets and in particular you should read and understand the limitations of liability set forth on the airline ticket. We strongly recommend that you consider the various types of insurance coverage.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price but we strongly recommend that you arrange a comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage and accident/life) as we cannot make exceptions to our Cancellation and Refund Policies for any reason.
Responsibility of Participants
Participants are responsible for choosing a tour that suits their interests, abilities, fitness level and health, and for providing ETOURS TRAVEL with a signed release of GUEST QUESTIONNAIRE, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (Waiver of Liability) and ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION.
Accommodation: Sharing and Single Supplement
Single guests who are willing to share a room with another participant of the same gender will not be charged a single supplement if wefind a roommate. Otherwise you have to pay 75% of single room supplement for forced single occupancy.
Termination
If any term or condition herein shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions or the application of such terms and conditions to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby and each term and condition herein shall be separately valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Age requirements
We require that travelers be at least 12 years of age on all trips except intergeneration trips.
Claims
Any claims arising out of, or relating to, any of our tours must be made in writing and within thirty (30) days of the date of the participant’s return from the tour.
Itinerary Changes
ETOURS TRAVEL reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to make changes to the published itinerary or to any particular service at any time, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants. However, should such situation arise, ETOURS TRAVEL will make every effort to offer equivalent alternatives of a comparable standard.
