DAY 1: Arrival Prague, Private dairy farm
- Arrival in Prague
- Private dairy farm visit (60 dairy cows, 70 ha). A captivating story of a smallholder who decided to continue his ancestors business with no experience at the beginning, followed by local product tasting
- Transfer to Brno, the capital of Moravia, the second largest city in Czech republic
- Welcome dinner in a traditional Moravian restaurant
- Overnight in Brno
DAY 2: South Moravia – Dairy plant, Dairy COOP, Open air museum, Folklore night
- Technical visit to a Dairy plant
- Dairy COOP farm visit - one of the best farms in the country. Fully computerized, 450 Holstein cows with the average milk yield of 10,500l. An important producer of liquid milk, yoghurt, butter and cheese
- Lunch in a 17th century chateau restaurant
- Transfer to Mikulov - dinner, folklore music and wine tasting in a local wine cellar with unrepeatable atmosphere; all drinks included
- Overnight in Brno
- Open Air Museum of Moravian Village in Straznice - an excellent opportunity to learn about the peasant life from the early 18th till the beginning of the 20th century
DAY 3: Dairy Corporate farm, Private dairy farm, Austerlitz battle field
- Technical visit to a large Dairy Corporate farm near Austerlitz: 4,800 ha agricultural land, 1,000 dairy Holstein cow breed, average annual milk yield of 10,000 litres
- Visit of the Austerlitz battle field, the famous Battle of Three Emperors where Napoleon won a glorious triumph in 1805
- Transfer to Prague after lunch
- Private dairy farm with milking robot – 300 Holstein cow breed
- Farewell dinner - cruise with music on the Vltava River
- Overnight in Prague
DAY 4: Prague, Departure
- Meeting and discussion with a representative of the Czech Ministry of Agriculture and Czech Dairy Union.
- Lunch at the spot
- Prague sightseeing: Old Town square, Astronomical clock, Charles bridge
- Transfer to the airport for your departure flight
